Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and authorised.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.

If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship using Royal Mail.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where applicable).

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With hygiene stickers and tags still attached
  • In original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected.

These are subject to separate terms, may have expiry dates, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
