Refund policy
We want you to love your Atolla Swim pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you shop with us.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With hygiene stickers and swing tags still attached
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume or tanning marks
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items without hygiene stickers or if the swing ticket has been removed
- Items that show signs of wear
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Return Your Item
If you are from the UK and would like to return an item, please visit our Return an Item Page.
Please include your dispatch slip or a note with your order number inside the parcel, ensuring all tags are still attached and the item is unworn in its original condition.
Unfortunately International Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage at this moment in time. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your return arrives with us, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
If a return is rejected, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Please note it may take up to 10 working days upon receipt of your parcel for us to process your return. If this time frame has passed, please contact us with your order number to hello@atollaswim.com.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email hello@atollaswim.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault
We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or card provider
- Email us at hello@atollaswim.com and we’ll look into it
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
