How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

UK Express Delivery 1-2 working days from when your order is dispatched.

UK Standard Delivery 2-4 working days from when your order is dispatched.

For International Deliveries, the estimated delivery times are shown at the checkout.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Please email us at hello@atollaswim.com with your Full Name and Order Number and our customer care team will do their best to assist you. If your order has been dispatched then unfortunately we cannot help, you will have to return your items and wait for a refund.

Where Is My Order?

Your dispatched email will have a tracking number on for you to track your order. If the delivery time frame has passed, please email hello@atollaswim.com for assistance.

What If My Item Is Faulty or Damaged?

In the unlikey even that the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email hello@atollaswim.com with your full name, order number and photographs of the product.

How Do I Return my Item?

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please send the item you have back for a refund and re buy the replacement item.
