Ready-To-Ship Orders

In‑stock orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If you change your mind, you may request a return or refund in line with our Returns Policy.

Pre‑Orders

Pre‑orders allow you to reserve an Atolla piece ahead of its release. By placing a pre‑order, you secure your size and guarantee priority fulfillment once the item becomes available.

Payment is taken at checkout to confirm your reservation. Your order will then be fulfilled and shipped as soon as the pre‑order stock arrives.

You can cancel a pre‑order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — however, you may request a full or partial refund in line with our Returns Policy.
