Shipping policy

We want your Atolla Swim pieces to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains how we ship, how long delivery takes, and what to expect once your order is placed.

Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays) and orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it has been dispatched (please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email).

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We currently ship using Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

UK Delivery

UK Standard Delivery £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days from dispatched.

UK Express Delivery £4.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days from dispatched.

International Delivery

We ship internationally to most destinations worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

For many countries, Shopify will calculate and collect any import duties and taxes at checkout, so your order can clear customs smoothly with no extra fees on delivery.

If duties and taxes aren’t collected at checkout for your location, your local customs authority may charge these when your parcel arrives.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@atollaswim.com and we’ll help resolve it.

Pre‑Orders

If an item is marked as a pre‑order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items will be shipped together unless stated otherwise.
